Excellent (main text) reader. Probably the best around, today. Superb book; totally different to most other translations, and so simple to follow. Ditch the pompous-sounding reader of the introductions, and 'chapter' mark the audio files, and I'd give full marks.

The Introductions are very good! Although it's a paraphrase and interesting, it's well read and not monotoned, but naturally spoken, not just read.

I love it. Now when I have to walk the dog, it is enjoyable because I can listen to the scriptures.

I have bought more than one copy as I use it to help people who have poor literacy skills to access the Word of God. The introductions to each book really helps to get the most out of what God is saying. Personally my MP3 Bible is under my pillow, I love listening to this version.
