This DVD makes reading the Bible fun. You can follow along while Stephen's reading or just listen. Best part is not having to try and pronounce names/words you don't know how to say. I'd highly recommend this dvd to anybody that would like to gain more knowledge of the Bible!

I have found this DVD very helpful in learning how to pronounce names and places from the bible. Stephen Johnston does an excellent job of reading the scriptures. The bonus picture tour of the Holy Land is excellent as well. The DVD is easy to navigate. I would highly recommend this product.

Excellent narration bringing the Bible in context, thus providing a better understanding of the Word. An ideal way to bring the Word of God into your heart daily. Stephen Johnson does an excellent job of narration, including the pronunciation of the more difficult names in the Old Testament.

I got this bible as a gift for my husband and what gave me the idea was that I had one myself that I so enjoyed....and since my husband's eyesight is not what it use to be I decided to get him his own bible....well, it was the best decision I made....he loves it...we now discuss the bible daily..

GREAT Bible for Bible study and for listening when I am sewing. The reading voice is easy to listen; there are no distracting noises caused by air passing between teeth, causing whistling sounds, as with some audio versions.
